A public success, a youthful audience

145,790 visitors
2nd biggest attendance in the history of the Lyon Biennial of Contemporary Art.
52% of audience aged under 26.

An ever-growing media presence

1,215 journalists hosted,
a rise of 6% on 2005.

Extended international coverage

Foreign press attendance up strongly: +43% on 2005

Higher participation by international professionals
Out of 5,245 professionals hosted during the Biennial, 27% were foreigners from 30 countries.
