Come and enjoy this convivial, offbeat bistro housed in the tremendous Salle de la Corbeille (stock-exchange
trading room) at the Palais du Commerce, a superb Napoleon III-era edifice built in 1860 by the city’s architect
Dardel, and which today is home to Lyon’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Café Danse is run by the team from BULDO, a Saône-side restaurant founded by an ex-dancer. It offers a set
menu of original hot and cold dishes that changes weekly.
